Live life on the edge. Breathe. Live each day as if it were your last because one day it will be.

Sandy has been living her yoga practice for 20 years. A self-professed yoga workshop junkie, Sandy decided to extend her practice to teaching in 2018.

After a lifetime of searching for the right teacher, she took an anatomy workshop in 2017 with famed Jason Crandall. In 2018 she was accepted in the “Find Your Voice” anatomy focused RYT 200 certification with Jason Crandall in San Fransisco California. During her sabbatical in California, she also had the experience of training with many world-renown yoga masters. Janet Stone, Annie Carpenter and Sean Corn to name a few. These rockstar mentors have supported her passion for practicing and teaching yoga.

Sandy’s cornerstone of her classes is an alignment-based vinyasa flow, focusing on proper body position. Borrelli says “it’s your body, your practice. Meet yourself where you are today, on the Matt with compassion and an open heart”. Sandy attempts to always bring out the best in people and inspire them to show up, breathe deeply and love yourself.

When Sandy is not teaching yoga, you can find her managing BELLA CAPELLI SANTUARIO Salon and Spa in Westlake, Ohio, spending time with her 3 wonderful grandchildren and enjoying all the art Cleveland has to offer. As a cancer survivor and supporter of The Gathering Place, helping people touched by cancer is her passion. Sandy has such a can-do attitude that she brings to the practice.

Positively infectious.
Gratitude attitude.
She truly lives each and every day as if it were her last.

That’s Sandy’s yoga.
