What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Salted caramel; mint chocolate chip (and best when topped with hot fudge sauce!)
What is your favorite yoga pose?
Two favorites: mountain pose and head stand (both very grounding).
What does yoga mean to you?
A special time when you step onto your mat to let go of all of the “to-do’s” and simply, but deeply and luxuriously, breathe and be, connecting the mental, physical and spiritual, generating a sense of gratitude.

Try to keep food choices to fresh and natural. I love fresh fruit (pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, mango, etc). Keep the edge off and eat smaller meals and snacks during the day (easier to make healthy choices when not ravishingly hungry!).
I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and an instructor for seven years. My hope when teaching yoga is to create an environment where you can focus on YOU…to enable you to take a time out from your daily demands of “doing”, to simply being and meeting your needs on a continuum from restoring/relaxing to safely increasing strength, balance and tone. In addition, my career has been as an Executive Life Career Coach, BCC (Board Certified Coach) and Leadership consultant and adjunct faculty at Weatherhead Executive Education, Case Western Reserve Univ. I also serve as a Master-Mentor Coach, training future coaches in a globally recognized program. This has given me over twenty-five years of experience working with adults in groups or one-on-one settings. I am trained in adult accelerated techniques; have developed and taught workshops on Manage Your Energy Not Just Your Time, Teambuilding, Communications, Leadership, Coaching, Growing through Change, Emotional Intelligence (EI), across the US and internationally (Europe, Middle East, Canada).
