Covid19 Considerations for in-person classes:
A gentle flow sequence followed by deep stretching. Whether you’ve never been on a yoga mat, are recovering from an injury, rediscovering your practice, or prefer a gentler practice, our Basics class will develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina as you challenge your body and calm your mind. Led by experienced and supportive instructors, you will learn basic asanas (postures) and the transitions between them all while learning to control breathing, increase focus, and deepen relaxation.
STRETCH & RESTORE
Take a break with us as we turn our attention inward, let go of the outer world and journey together toward inner peace. If you sit at a desk, travel, exercise, or dig in a garden on a regular basis, you may wind up with an ache here and some tightness there. Stretch & Restore is designed to counter the stress and strain of daily existence by lengthening muscles, strengthening the connective tissues in your joints and slowing your metabolism so that you can relax and truly take a one-hour vacation from the complexities of the outside universe.
Props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap, 1 bolster.
Ready to develop your practice to the next level? Vinyasa is where motion and breath combine to build stamina, strength, and flexibility. You will learn to master basic to intermediate poses and a variety of transitions in-between. Our Vinyasa class will challenge you with options for modifications and embellishments to accommodate a variety of experience levels.
